CF Real Estate Boosts Management Portfolio
CF Real Estate Services is expanding its property management platform throughout Texas by adding five multifamily properties to its management portfolio. The Dallas-based company has been tapped by Provident Realty Advisors Inc., also of Dallas, to manage:
- Hyde Park at Ribelin Ranch, 9900 McNeil Dr., Austin
- Tintara at Canyon Creek, 7655 Ranch Rd. 620 N., Austin
- Hyde Park at Enclave, 12951 Briar Forest Dr., Houston
- Hyde Park at Montfort, 14332 Montfort Dr., Dallas
- Manor at Castle Hills, 1835 Lockhill Selma Rd., San Antonio
CF, which provides services to conventional multifamily properties and student housing, opened its Dallas office in May 2017. These new management assignments grow the company’s Southwest portfolio to 6,800 units, and the CF national portfolio to 25,000 units. CF will continue to focus on major Texas markets and other select cities throughout the Southwest.
