CF Capital Invests in Indianapolis Apartment Complex
CF Capital has announced its investment in Island Club Apartments, a 314-unit multifamily property located in the heart of Indianapolis.
The 37.6-acre property represents a stabilized, high-performing asset in Indianapolis. Island Club has already benefited from a $4.2 million renovation program that introduced upgraded cabinet fronts, quartz countertops, refreshed fixtures, and updated bathroom accents. CF Capital plans to invest an additional $2.8 million in further property enhancements to maximize its long-term potential and meet rising tenant demand.
