Century Plaza Signs Wellness, Healthcare Center from Fountain Life and sbe

Reuben Brothers’ Century Plaza development along Avenue of the Stars in Century City forged a lease agreement for a life longevity, preventative medical/wellness experience formed by Sam Nazarian’s sbe in partnership with Fountain Life. It will occupy 12,694 square feet, approximately 13.5% of the nearly 96,000 square feet of commercial space at Century Plaza.

The new venture’s name remains confidential. A formal brand launch of the new enterprising healthcare concept is planned for this fall, with the opening date at Century Plaza scheduled for the end of 2024.

“We are thrilled that Sam chose Century Plaza for his visionary preventative wellness experience,” said David Reuben Jr. of Reuben Brothers. “With this news, our vision of Century Plaza being known for Los Angeles’ best accommodations, the finest residences, globally renowned dining establishments, and the gold standard for wellness has been realized.”

The new wellness and healthcare center will be set within the main level of Century Plaza’s central plaza. It encompasses nearly all of the main plaza level under the residential South Tower of Park Elm at Century Plaza and is directly accessible from the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel lobby breezeway.
