2000 Ave. of the Stars in Century City has reached 100% leased at a time when increasing office vacancies are reported nationwide

Century City Office Tower Reaches 100% Leased

New leases with a multinational law firm, CBRE and Tilt Coffee Bar have brought 2000 Ave. of the Stars in Century City to 100% leased. The 865,000-square-foot property’s leasing success is counter to reports of increasing office vacancies nationwide.

“Century City is a dynamic market,” said CBRE SVP Patti Gilbert. “It continues to lead the region in terms of performance for the office sector. Proximity to the entertainment industry and executive housing keeps this market at the top of the list for high-profile tenants.” Gilbert, managing director Pat McRoskey and SVP Amanda Calof head leasing at the Century Park campus that includes 2000 Ave. of the Stars.

CBRE itself has leased 21,000 square feet, while a multinational law firm committed to 57,887 square feet. McRoskey cited “our intense focus on the employee experience as well as a refined executive-level approach to amenities” as factors in the property’s full occupancy.
