Century 21 Peak Expands SoCal Footprint in IE

Century 21 Peak acquired the assets of Weichert Realtors 24/7 in Upland, CA. The move is part of a five-year SoCal growth plan that includes expansion into CRE.

Stephen Yeager, former CEO of Century 21 Mexico and VP of Century 21 South America, will join Century 21 Peak as branch manager of a growing team of roughly 60 sales professionals. The more than 25-year industry veteran will also be joined by Sandy Kohler from Weichert Realtors 24/7, who brings three decades of sales and training experience.

Century 21 Peak’s Eli Tene says, “The Inland Empire represents an untapped opportunity for a growing international investor sector. We feel acquiring a presence in this market represents a win-win both for us as well as sellers in this region.”

Century 21 operates 76 offices worldwide and sees opportunity to leverage that global presence, since roughly 25% of U.S. CRE deals involve foreign participants.
