Central Park Tower, World’s Tallest Residential Building, Opens 100th Floor Private Club
Extell Development Company has unveiled the 100th-floor private club, the ”crowning jewel of Central Park Tower,” the tallest residential real estate building in the world with 179 luxury condominiums.
Located more than 1,000 feet above “Billionaires’ Row” on 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan and part of the building’s Central Park Club, the 100th Floor is New York’s most elevated private club boasting private dining and entertaining spaces, according to Extell.
“Central Park Tower’s 100th Floor is unlike anything else in the world and it’s only fitting that it is located in New York City’s preeminent skyscraper,” said Gary Barnett, founder and chairman of Extell.
