Central NJ Industrial Trades in Off-Market Deal

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

CBRE has arranged the off-market sale of TA Realty’s 100 Crows Mill Rd., a 133,032-square-foot industrial facility in Keasbey, NJ, near the crossroads of several major highways including the New Jersey Turnpike. California-based Seville Gateway Investments LLC paid $18,624,480 for the property.

“Originally only available for lease, we were able to negotiate an off-market sale that closed in record time,” said CBRE’s William Waxman, who led the team representing TA. “Located in Los Angeles, Seville Gateway was interested in a facility in the New Jersey area that was in close proximity to the Port to better service its Northeast operations. 100 Crows Mill Road offers the new ownership truly unparalleled access to all the local waterways and airports, as well as an excellent labor pool.”

Waxman’s team also included Mindy Lissner, Steven I. Beyda and Robert Pine. CBRE VP Dorothy Chuang represented the buyer.
