Central Logistics Center is Underway in Phoenix
ViaWest Group has broken ground on Central Logistics Center, a 25-acre land site at the southeast corner of Central Avenue and Buckeye Road south of downtown Phoenix and west of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The project currently includes more than 12 acres of vacant, developable land; a fully leased 196,672-square-foot 30-foot clear cross-dock warehouse and a vacant 76,301-square-foot freezer storage facility in need of renovation.
The new construction that kicked off earlier this year consists of a 32-foot clear height, 94,146-square-foot class-A industrial building which is divisible to two tenants, a 71,555-square-foot industrial warehouse adjacent to the existing cold storage facility and a full renovation of the site’s cold storage facility. The latter will be a class-A freezer building with a refrigeration system upon completion.
John Werstler and Cooper Fratt of CBRE in Phoenix are handling the leasing of the project.
