CenterSquare Acquires Six Starbucks-Anchored Retail Properties

CenterSquare has acquired a high-quality, six-property collection totaling 45,996 square feet. This portfolio is strategically located in the established retail corridors of Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Charlotte and Indianapolis.

The portfolio boasts an 84% national tenancy mix and five Starbucks drive-throughs anchoring the portfolio. This acquisition brings CenterSquare’s ESR portfolio to 68 properties nationally, reinforcing our commitment to resilient, service-oriented retail.

Founded in 1987, Pennsylvania-based CenterSquare is a global real estate investment manager focused on actively managed real estate strategies. Earlier this year, the firm also acquired Colonnade at Kings Grant, a 21,265 square foot, three-building essential service retail property in Charlotte, North Carolina.
