CenterPoint Signs 3PL Unis at 1M-SF SoCal Logistics Center

Illinois-based CenterPoint Properties has signed 3pl Unified Network Information Services (Unis) at CenterPoint’s SoCal Logistics Center (SCLC), a 1,034,026-square-foot warehouse facility at 6800 Valley View St. in Buena Park, CA.

The lease follows CenterPoint’s repositioning efforts, adding features like 33 new dock positions, LED lighting, and drought-tolerant landscaping. SCLC sits on 45-acres and features 597 car parking spaces, 265 trailer spots, and 180 dock positions with two drive-in doors.

According to Centerpoint’s Bob Andrews, “It made sense for them (Unis) to lease SCLC due to its prime location and operationally-advantaged logistic features.”

SCLC sits at the border of Los Angeles and Orange counties, with nearly direct access to the 91 freeway and close proximity to Interstate 5, the Ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach and three major airports, including LAX.
