CenterPoint Secures 2 Renewals at WI Properties

CenterPoint Properties has secured two 24-month renewals with tenants at its Wisconsin properties. In an early lease renewal with Yaskawa America Inc. at 100 Oakwood Rd. in Oak Creek, WI, the tenant will occupy 100% of the 139,095-square-foot building.

“Yaskawa is a valued tenant, and we are happy to continue our longstanding relationship with this world-renowned company,” said CenterPoint VP Jim Shields. John Hauser of Avison Young represented Yaskawa, a global manufacturer of AC drives and motion control products, in the transaction.

Earlier this week, CenterPoint announced a renewal of comparable size at another Milwaukee-area property. APL Logistics renewed for two years at 8123 116th St. (pictured) in Pleasant Prairie, WI, within CenterPoint’s LakeView Corporate Park.

APL will continue occupying 134,170 square feet of 8123 116th’s 450,971-square-foot total. Mohr Partners represented APL in the transaction.
