CenterPoint Properties Leases at South Seattle Industrial Yard

CenterPoint Properties has leased out 4.66 acres at its industrial site located at 8249 5th Avenue South in Seattle.

Kidder Mathews brokers Chris Corr and Matt Murray, SIOR represented CenterPoint in the transaction and will continue to handle leasing on behalf of the company. Known as CenterPoint Seattle Yard, the property offers one of the largest contiguous industrial yards between Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma.

“What makes this property unique is not only its size, but its excellent condition,” said Murray. “At the time of leasing, this was the largest paved, lit, and fenced contiguous yard available in King County.”

The leased site is part of a 17-acre property strategically located near major transportation corridors—including Interstate 5, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and the Port of Seattle. Its scale, security features, and proximity to key infrastructure make it a strong fit for the tenant’s operations.
