CenterCal Taps Craig Ramey for PNW, Bay Area Leadership Role
CenterCal Properties named Craig Ramey President of the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area. Ramey will lead development, construction, and tenant services for 11 properties, in three states representing roughly 3.5 million square feet of retail and mixed-use space. Ramey is based at Bridgeport Village in Tigard.
Ramey previously served at Regency Centers where he oversaw the formulation, growth, and management of property development and investment business in the Pacific Northwest, Northern California, and Colorado.
CenterCal’s Fred Bruning says, “[Ramey] has a knack for community-building and will help continue in our tradition of creating spaces that complement the communities we serve by providing welcoming outdoor spaces where people can shop, live, work and play.”
He will oversee: The Village at Totem Lake, The Trails at Silverdale, The Terminal at Ballard and Valley Mall in Washington; Bridgeport Village, Nyberg Woods and Nyberg Rivers in Oregon; and The Collection at Riverpark, The Veranda, The Fillmore, and The Annex Food Hall in California.
