Centerbridge Commits to Two Floors at Rudin’s 345 Park Ave.

Rudin said Tuesday that Centerbridge Partners will establish its New York City headquarters at 345 Park Ave., Rudin’s 44-story Plaza District office tower. Centerbridge will occupy 75,826 square feet across 345 Par’s entire 22nd and 23rd floors. As part of a 15-year lease, Centerbridge will relocate from its current office just up the block at 375 Park Avenue in the second quarter of 2027.

“We are excited to welcome Centerbridge and its New York City team as the firm continues on its remarkable growth trajectory,” said Michael Rudin, co-CEO at Rudin. “345 Park offers an unbeatable location and best-in-class service, powered by Rudin’s century-long commitment to excellence. With a top tier amenity suite on the way, it provides the perfect Plaza District environment for today’s leading companies.”

Robert Steinman, SVP of office leasing, represented Rudin in-house. Newmark Chairman, National Tenant Representation Neil Goldmacher, Executive Vice Chairman Brian Goldman and Senior Managing Director Matthew Lorberbaum represented Centerbridge.
