Center Street Lending Promotes Dan Baruch to CEO

Irvine, CA-based Center Street Lending promoted Dan Baruch to CEO. Baruch previously served as President of the firm and will now oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction.

Center Street Lending founder Stephen Couig says, “In just a few short months, Dan has demonstrated his ability to lead and grow Center Street Lending into a leading lender for residential investors built on premier customer service and attractive terms.”

Baruch brings more than 25 years in real estate lending experience to the role. He’s held several executive positions including COO of W. J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, Partner at Banc of Manhattan Capital, President of Banc of Manhattan Warehouse Lending, and Executive Vice President of Countrywide Warehouse Lending.

Center Street Lending provided more than $220 million in financing across 12 states in 2017, and $800 million since 2010.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator.
