The Center of the Hills shopping center in Austin’s Oak Hill neighborhood has signed three new tenants.

The largest tenant, Petco, has leased 13,000 square feet. The animal retailer plans to open the location by early 2018. Meanwhile, We Rock the Spectrum will open a 3,200-square-foot gym by July 2017. The company offers all-inclusive, sensory-safe experiences for children. Also planned for a summer debut is ATI Physical Therapy. The company will occupy nearly 2,300 square feet of space.

Developer KIMCO Realty manages the more than 145,000 square feet of retail space situated at 7010 W. Hwy. 71. Other tenants include H-E-B and Advance Auto Parts.
