Essex Realty Group helps with sale of multifamily real estate property

Center-Entrance 6-Flat Trades in Rogers Park 

Essex Realty Group recently facilitated the sale of 7733-7735 N. Hermitage Ave., a center entrance six-unit multifamily property in Chicago’s East Rogers Park neighborhood. 

The seller, a local investor, hired Essex principal Steve Livaditis and director Jacob Goldstein to market the property for sale. Essex led an extensivSe marketing campaign resulting in multiple offers. The property ultimately sold to a local investor for $825,000. Livaditis and Goldstein represented the buyer as well. 

7733-7735 N. Hermitage Avenue is comprised of a mix of large two – and three-bedroom units. The property has been under the same ownership for over 35 years and has been well maintained during its tenure. The apartments feature hardwood flooring throughout accompanied by various levels of updates to the kitchens and bathrooms as apartments have turned over throughout the years. Multiple value-add strategies exist for a new owner.
