Centennial Bank Provides $41M Construction Loan for Multifamily in Sunrise
Centennial Bank has granted a $41-million loan to LUXCOM to redevelop a vacant retail center in Sunrise, FL into a multifamily apartment community.
LUXCOM/Luxcom Living I LLC plans to build a six building, 235-unit garden-style apartment community on a 9.5 acre-site along Oakland Park Boulevard that formerly housed a BJ’s Wholesale Club. The project is designed to bring an urban feel to a traditionally suburban neighborhood.
The future community will be comprised of one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging from 725 to 1,371 square feet.
Centennial Bank has previously funded LUXCOM projects, including mixed use, multifamily, single-family, and townhome developments such as Pioneer Estates in Royal Palm Beach, FL and Venetian Parc in Kendall, FL.
