The fast-growing Dallas suburb and development hot spot of Celina, TX is set to receive a 168-acre mixed-use project near Preston Road, at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway.

The project, led by North Texas-based Centurion American Development, will feature retail space, multifamily buildings and townhomes. Centurion American Development’s local portfolio includes The River Walk at Central Park in Flower Mound, TX, and Westlake Entrada in Westlake, TX.

Rex Real Estate’s Rex Glendenning arranged the deal, and brokered the land sale with CBRE’s Marty Neilon and David Glasscock.
