Celebrity Wealth Managers Move to Boutique Office
Ritholtz Wealth Management (RWM) has leased 4,200 square feet of space for the entire 15th floor at 24 W. 40th St. a 17-story, boutique office building in Midtown Manhattan. RWM will occupy a pre-built space in the 1925 building, with exposed ceilings, concrete floors and glass-fronted offices with views of Bryant Park.
“As a national wealth management firm with clients who visit from all over the country, location was a major priority,” said Josh Brown of RWM, contributor to CNBC and author to “The Reformed Broker” blog. His colleague at RWM, Barry Ritholtz, is the host of Bloomberg’s “Master in Business” podcast and a columnist with the Washington Post.
Lee Brodsky, Alyssa Zahler of NKF represented RWM. NKF’s Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Zachary Weil represented the owner, Harbor Group Management Company. Availabilities at the 88,000-square-foot building include the 5,709-square-foot fourth floor (pictured).
