Cedarwood Development Completes 585-Unit Self-Storage Facility in Clearwater

Cedarwood Development has completed a 585-unit self-storage facility in Clearwater. The facility will be managed by Westport Properties, a national owner/operator of self-storage facilities under the US Storage Centers brand.

Located at 1000 South Myrtle Ave., the 60,000-square-foot facility is just south of downtown Clearwater in a heavily populated residential area. The facility features climate-controlled units, passenger elevators, moving carts and drive up units. This is the first facility in Clearwater for Cedarwood Development.

“We are excited to open our newest project in Clearwater and expand the US Storage brand to the market,” said Brian Grassa, director of development at Cedarwood. “This facility continues our company philosophy of best in class service in a quality customer-oriented project.”
