Cedar Hill Shopping Center Sold by Zamir Equities

The 187,000 square foot retail center, Cedar Hill Crossing, southwest of Dallas was acquired by a Dallas based real estate investor. Current tenants consist of Kohl’s, Planet Fitness, Petco, Dollar Tree and a handful of others.

NAI Robert Lynn’s Tom Selanty headed up the team who represented the buyer and the seller. In addition, Salanty brokered the property’s previous sale 10 years ago when Zamir bought it.

Salanty says building relationships is key, “We were thrilled to continue our professional relationship and work with Zamir Equity on the sale of Cedar Hill Crossing after working with their team a decade ago.”
