CED GreenTech Inks El Paso Deal
CED GreenTech, a division of Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc., signed a lease for 10,800 square feet at 1480 Common Dr. on El Paso’s east side. The tenant is using the space as its first wholesale solar distribution location in the El Paso market.
André Rocha with CBRE represented the tenant in negotiations with the local landlord. Consolidated Electrical Distributors is headquartered in Irving, TX, and is one of the nation’s largest electrical and solar distributors.
“For its first El Paso warehouse and distribution location, Consolidated Electrical Distributors was seeking an easily accessible location along with adequate storage and docks,” Rocha said. “This property met all of their unique needs, with plenty of dock doors along with easy access to major highways and close proximity to El Paso International Airport.”
