CBRE’s Polczynski Markets Lakeview Retail

CBRE SVP Keely Polczynski has been retained by ownership to list a newly-constructed 38,896-square-foot retail property at 3345-3361 N. Lincoln Ave. in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. The top floor is 100% leased; street level has two vacancies, including a 3,183-square-foot corner suite.

“This is an amazing opportunity in one of the North Side’s strongest markets,” said Polczynski. “The newly-renovated property has major long-term tenants in place, as well as opportunities for leasing, making it an excellent value-add play.”

The asset sits at the convergence of three North Side neighborhoods: Lakeview, Roscoe Village and North Center. All three have historically low vacancy rates and appreciating rents.
