CBRE’s PNW Team Arranges Two Hotel Sales in Montana
The CBRE Pacific Northwest hotel team of Chris Burdett and Matthew Behrens has arranged the sale of the AC Hotel by Marriott and the Residence Inn by Marriott as well as The Mercantile retail center in downtown Missoula, MT. Evermore Partners, in partnership with New Castle Hotels & Resorts, acquired the properties for an undisclosed amount from HomeBase Partners.
“This opportunity represents a pivotal point in Evermore’s History and our first venture into Montana and is perfectly aligned with our focus on key urban, college and core mountain communities in the Rocky Mountain region,” said Evermore’s Seth Wolkov. “We look forward to being a part of the community for years to come.”
The two hotels and retail center are situated in downtown Missoula on North Pattee Street. The AC Hotel (pictured) is six- stories with 105-rooms while the Residence Inn is five-stories with 175 rooms. The Mercantile’s tenants include restaurants, shops and an indoor cycling studio.
