CBRE’s Monahan Named Vice Chairman Based on Deal Volume

CBRE’s Thomas Monahan has joined the ranks of the firm’s top producers with the title of vice chairman. The firm’s top industrial producer in the Americas last year, Monahan is also its first New Jersey broker to achieve the title.

Monahan’s recent career highlights include the $820-million portfolio sale between Morris Companies and Prologis in 2015, which included eight industrial properties and 13 retail centers. More recently, Monahan and his team negotiated a 923,000-square-foot lease to an e-commerce company in Edison, NJ on behalf of Seagis Property Group, and a 695,000-square-foot lease to a Fortune 100 Company on behalf of Prologis, also in Edison.

Outside of CBRE, Monahan has been recognized year after year by SIOR as the region’s top industrial sales producer.
