CBRE’s Maloney Lines Up Warehouse/HQ for Fulfillment Business

Order fulfillment company Capacity LLC has committed to 300,000 square feet at 1601 Livingston Ave., a build-to-suit warehouse in North Brunswick, NJ. The property includes 10,000 square feet of office space that will serve as Capacity’s new headquarters.

CBRE VP John Maloney represented Capacity in lease negotiations. Owner 1600 B Building LLC was represented in-house.

“This site expands Capacity’s footprint in North Brunswick, with optimal transportation options and centralized labor pool,” Maloney said. “After conducting a highly-targeted market analysis, we ascertained that 1601 Livingston met all of our client’s requirements.”

Currently under construction, the new property is scheduled for completion in February 2020.
