CBRE’s Lucian Bukowski Promoted to Vice Chairman

Lucian Bukowski of CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services in Houston has been promoted to vice chairman, the highest title ranking among sales professionals at CBRE.

Bukowski specializes in all aspects of tenant representation, including corporate headquarters leases, site selection, leasing and acquisition. He has completed corporate headquarters leases for 20 publicly traded companies, two synthetic leases with loan amounts exceeding $550 million, and numerous anchor/lead tenant leases resulting in more than 2.1 million square feet of new construction.

“Lucian is a tenacious advocate for his clients,” said Peter Mainguy, senior managing director for CBRE’s Houston office. “This well-deserved promotion recognizes his track record for delivering exceptional results and his standing as a leader in his discipline.”

Bukowski has consistently ranked among CBRE’s top 250 producers globally, and in 2019, he was honored as a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 100 producers in the Americas.
