CBRE’s Gamboa Promoted to Midwest Project Management Lead
Abe Gamboa has been named Midwest division leader for project management (PJM) at CBRE. The promotion comes about four months after Gamboa was named managing director of PJM for Chicago and Milwaukee.
A 14-year company veteran, Gamboa is now responsible for providing line of business support and leadership for the Midwest Division, which includes 14 offices and approximately 150 employees. He succeeds Jim Carter, who is moving into a key business development role focused on the pursuit of new clients in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
“Abe has proven to be a true leader at CBRE who has taken our project management business to new heights in Chicago and Milwaukee,” said John Latessa, president of CBRE’s Midwest division. “With this promotion and expanded responsibilities, we look forward to working with him as part of our leadership team to deliver even better outcomes for our clients throughout entire Midwest region.”
