CBRE Welcomes Three Producers in Boise

Kurt Gregg has joined CBRE’s Boise office as a vice president, and Yhindi Struthers and Casey Collins have joined as associates.

Gregg joins from A10 Capital, where he was managing director and responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring non-recourse bridge and permanent debt across all asset classes and geographies across the country. He specialized in the management of both local and regional investors to multi-national institutional borrowers. At CBRE, he will partner with Tim Reid and specialize in investment sales across Idaho.

Struthers will focus on private capital investment sales across Idaho, also joining Tim Reid. She comes to the firm from Mavdon Investments, a commercial/multifamily investment company, where she was a sales director. Collins will specialize in investment sales of multifamily and land across Idaho, partnering with Matt Naumann and Tori Agee. Previously with Mountain Realty, he comes to CBRE with a background and expertise in residential and commercial real estate and software development.
