CBRE Welcomes Industrial Team as Seattle EVP’s

CBRE has welcomed industrial leasing and sale experts Patricia Loveall, SIOR and Jason Rosauer as Executive Vice Presidents in Seattle. Joining the firm from Kidder Mathews, the team also specializes in the sale of office and land development sites across Washington and Montana.

“The addition of Jason and Patricia complements our existing industrial team and expands our reach across eastern Washington and Montana, two regions seeing increased investor activity,” said CBRE senior managing director John Miller.

Loveall is the current Global President for SIOR and has represented some of the Pacific Northwest’s largest occupiers and owners. Rosauer has completed over $3 billion in transactions and has expertise in waterfront and marine-related transactions.

The pair’s accolades include being named a Top Investment Team by Connect Media in 2020, Investment Team of the Year by SIOR in 2019 and Investment Broker of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2018.
