CBRE Welcomes Allison Marcus as a VP in Los Angeles

CBRE has announced the hiring of Allison Marcus, joining the firm’s Debt & Structured Finance team as a Vice President in Los Angeles. Marcus arrives from Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate & Investment Banking group, where she was a senior leader on a team responsible for $1.6 billion in production volume in 2021.

Marcus specializes in arranging financing for all major commercial real estate property types and specialty types such as data centers, cold storage facilities and super-regional malls. Her clients are institutional and middle-market investors with needs in the large and mid-sized loan space.
