CBRE VP Mike Macri III Earns Counselors of Real Estate Designation

CBRE Vice President Mike Macri III, CRE, CCIM, MRED, who is based in the company’s West Des Moines office has been awarded the CRE (Counselor of Real Estate) designation by The Counselors of Real Estate, an international group of real estate professionals who provide expert advisory services to clients on complex real property and land-related matters. The credential was awarded in January 2024.

Macri joined CBRE in September 2018 and has more than 20 years of industry experience. He is responsible for nearly two million square feet of development projects and properties throughout Iowa and the Des Moines metropolitan area on behalf of various landlords and developers.

In addition to his work with CBRE, Macri maintains a consultative relationship with the cities of Ottumwa and Maquoketa, as well as Jackson County Economic Development. Only 1,000 professionals in all disciplines of real estate hold the CRE credential in the United States and 20 additional countries.
