CBRE Trades Apartments in “Epicenter” of Indy Suburbs

CBRE has facilitated the sale of Penn Circle Apartments, a 193-unit multifamily property in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel, IN, to KC Venture Group for an undisclosed sum. The property is located immediately off the US-31 Corporate Corridor at the economic center of Carmel, the state’s wealthiest community.

Steve LaMotte, Jr., and Dane Wilson with CBRE represented the seller, Inland. The buyer, KC Venture Group, is a vertically integrated real estate company engaged in the ownership, acquisition, and management of multi-family residential apartment communities in the Midwest and Texas.

“Carmel is undeniably the most desired place of residence in the metro, and Penn Circle sits at the epicenter of suburban metro area economic activity,” said LaMotte. “Carmel has exploded into an employment center. A growing number of corporate users now call Carmel home.”
