CBRE to Market 100K+ SF of Georgetown Retail

CBRE has been retained by EastBanc, the largest retail real estate owner in Georgetown, to market over 100,000 square feet of retail space in their Georgetown portfolio. The DC Retail Team of Michael Zacharia and Reilly Hudson will assist in securing high-profile national and global retailers for the properties.

The portfolio includes the former Brooks Brothers and Showfields space at 3077 M Street (up to 20,168 square feet), the former CB2 space at 3307 M Street (up to 43,841 square feet), and the prime corner of M Street and Pennsylvania Ave (up to 20,000 square feet).

“Georgetown has proved time and time again to be the most resilient and high-performing retail destination in the DC area,” said Zacharia. “With retail sales volumes trending up, vacancy rates at an all-time low, and tourism back to pre-pandemic numbers, we’re witnessing significant interest from the highest-profile brands for these flagship opportunities.”
