CBRE Team Inks First Retail Lease for Renovated NoMad Asset

Paris-based luxury goods company Diptyque and British beauty retailer Space NK Apothecary London, signed a 10-year lease at 1165 Broadway. The unspecified space commitment by Diptyque and Space NK represents the first retail lease at the newly-renovated NoMad property.

CBRE’s Amira Yunis, Anthony Stanford and Elliot Ferris represented building owner David Haddad. “Located on the northwest corner of 27th Street, in the heart of the vibrant NoMad corridor, the property provides both Diptyque and Space NK with exceptional visibility and robust pedestrian traffic seven days a week,” said Yunis.

“NoMad is an area we know well as our Space NK U.S. headquarters sits in this neighborhood,” said Space NK’s Noah Rosenblatt. “Within Manhattan, our stores are currently either downtown in Soho or Uptown. This new store in NoMad will serve as a great central location for all our customers who work and live in the surrounding neighborhoods.”
