CBRE has hired Steve Schrope as Project Management Director for the Southeast. In his new role, Schrope will focus on building CBRE’s hospitality project management business in the Southeast and eventually across the country. Schrope is based in CBRE’s Atlanta office.

Prior to joiing CBRE, Schrope worked as vice president for JLL, where he led the hospitality project management business for the Southeast. During his tenure, he worked on such projects as the multi-phase renovation of the 2,000-room Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida. He also completed the full renovation and hurricane rebuild of the 200-key Bakers Cay Resort, a Curio Collection Hotel, in Key Largo, FL.
