CBRE Taps Scaffe as Managing Director of Property Management in Florida

CBRE has tapped Marc Scaffe as Managing Director of property management for all Florida markets. The position is a promotion for Scaffe, who previously led property management for CBRE in North Florida. In his expanded role, Scaffe will be responsible for more than 34 million square feet of properties under management by CBRE and 70 professional team members as well as 50 engineers.

Scaffe has more than 30 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry bringing a broad background of skills including acquisition, development, finance, accounting, receiverships, third-party property management and leasing, brokerage and the disposition of assets.

“Marc is a proven leader at CBRE who has been successful in driving revenue growth for our property management business,” said Tripp Gulliford, executive managing director of Florida markets. “In addition, he has built a strong reputation within the industry for being a trusted advisor for our investor clients. We look forward to watching him expand upon his successes in this new leadership position.”
