CBRE Taps Rachael Rothman as Head of Hotels Research & Data Analytics

CBRE has announced that hotel industry veteran Rachael Rothman has joined the company as Head of Hotels Research & Data Analytics. Rothman will be based in Richmond, VA.

In her new role, Rothman will lead CBRE’s hotel research, analysis, data collection and forecasting of industry metrics and trends. She also advises CBRE Hotels professionals and clients at the point of sale. Prior to joining CBRE, Rothman spent nearly three years in the industry as an executive and consultant.

Rothman also serves on the board of the Northeast Chapter of the International Luxury Hotel Association and is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society as well as the New York Society of Securities Analysts. She holds the Certified Financial Analyst designation.
