CBRE has selected John Moake to lead the San Antonio Office. Moake has 15 years in the real estate business, four with CBRE. In his time with the company, Moake has had a hand in 230 transactions for a total consideration of $160 million.

John joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. In his role as Partner at REATA, he managed a retail leasing portfolio consisting of more than one million square feet, executed an active Tenant Representation business, demonstrated success in sourcing and servicing new brokerage accounts while providing oversite and management to the firm’s broker associate training program.

Prior to joining REATA, John served as Vice President at Birnbaum Property Company, a San Antonio based retail development company. In that role, John lead efforts in the company’s in-house leasing program and helped establish a significant tenant representation business.
