CBRE Taps Gulliford as Executive Managing Director of Florida Region

CBRE has announced the promotion of William “Tripp” Gulliford to Executive Managing Director of the Florida Region. In his new role, Gulliford will oversee the operations of the firm’s eight Florida offices and drive growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business.

Gulliford has more than two decades of commercial real estate, banking and management experience, most recently as Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s North Florida region. He will report to Chris Connelly, CBRE’s Group President, Americas Advisory Services. Prior to joining CBRE in 2013, Gulliford served as Managing Director of EverBank Commercial Advisors.

“Tripp is a strong leader who has helped improve our North Florida business and operations. Our clients and professionals throughout Florida will benefit from his leadership,” said Connelly.
