CBRE Taps Bank as Managing Director of Miami Market

CBRE has appointed Josh Bank as managing director and market leader on its Miami business. In his new role, Bank will oversee the operations of the company’s Miami office and drive its growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including Advisory & Transaction Services, Investment Sales, Debt & Structured Finance, Property Management, Valuation & Advisory Services and Project Management.

Bank has nearly 15 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as a Managing Director in CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions Services business. In this role, he managed and coordinated significant real estate portfolio requirements for existing and prospective CBRE clients across the Southeast U.S.

In his new position, Bank will report to Tripp Gulliford, executive managing director of CBRE’s Florida region.
