CBRE Tapped to Market 86-Acre Site in Farmington

CBRE has been tapped to market an 86-acre ground lease opportunity at 8261 Fienemann Rd. in Farmington, CT.

The property is one of the last developable sites in the town of Farmington, and is situated along Interstate 84 at Exit 37. The surrounding area is home to Stanley Black and Decker, United Technologies Corp., Otis, Carrier Corporation, Hartford Healthcare, Centene Corporation, Beazley Group and a full-service Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. The site is also nearby UConn Health Center, Jackson Labs, UConn’s Cell and Genome Sciences building, as well as eight new medical buildings totaling 400,000 square feet.

CBRE’s Hartford office brokerage team of John McCormick, Patrick Mulready and Anna Kocsondy will be handling this assignment on behalf of the owner, the Municipal Employees’ Retirement Fund of the City of Hartford.
