CBRE Tapped to Lease Up TCC’s Three-Tower McMillan Center

CBRE was selected as leasing agent for The McMillan Center for Health & Research, a health, wellness, and research campus within Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) Reservoir District project in Washington, DC. which commenced construction in October 2022.  

The McMillan Center project will include three towers totaling approximately 900,000 square feet, two of which are connected by a below-grade parking structure. 

A CBRE team including Chris Bodnar, vice chairman of CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets and head of Healthcare Advisory, Americas and the DC-based team of SVP John DiCamillo, first VP Lara Nealon and VP Brett Schweitzer will partner with TCC, including managing director Eric Fischer and senior associate Sam Mitrani, to market the available space to health, research and life sciences companies. 

The larger Reservoir District development will also include 146 townhomes, more than 500 apartments, a community center, a 6.2-acre park, retail amenities and a grocery store.
