CBRE Tapped to Lease Renovated Piscataway Offices

CBRE has been retained to lease 371 Hoes Ln., a newly renovated, 138,000-square-foot office property in Piscataway, NJ. The firm’s Ronald Volk, Peter Shikar and Erin Wenzler will spearhead the targeted leasing campaign for Greenway Properties, which acquired the asset in August 2018.

The property offers a 50,000-square-foot availability with signage opportunity for the full-floor leasing commitment. Smaller units are also available.

“Greenway Properties has made a significant investment in fully upgrading 371 Hoes Lane, making the property one of the best Class A office buildings in Piscataway,” said Volk. “We look forward to working closely with our client and the brokerage community to find the ideal tenant for this unique opportunity.”
Built in 1989, 371 Hoes Ln. recently completed $3 million in capital. Upgrades include the renovation of the three-story lobby and atrium with new glass entrances and reception desk, a repaved parking lot and extensive landscaping.
