CBRE Tapped to Lease 50K-SF Office Property in South Beach
CBRE has been tapped to lease 350 Lincoln Road, a 50,000-square-foot office building in South Beach. The property features office space geared toward co-working operators or a new-to-market headquarter requirement.
350 Lincoln blends historical attributes with modern amenities, including energy efficient and hurricane impact windows, along with a state-of-the-art security system. It also features a renovated lobby, restrooms, and corridor. The property also offers upgraded electrical loads and high-speed communications.
Maggie Kurtz, Kevin Gonzalez and Jake Freeman of CBRE have been tapped to lease the building on behalf of the landlord, The Wings Group.
