CBRE Tapped to Lease 187K-SF Office Building in East Tampa

CBRE has been tapped to lease Lakeview Center, a 187,000-square-foot office building in the East Tampa submarket.

Located at 6700 Lakeview Center Drive, the property is a suburban office building located in East Tampa. In addition to the office building, adjacent land is available for new office development up to 191,000 rentable square feet with structured parking. Kelley Matheson and Roxanne Kemph of CBRE will lease the building on behalf of the ownership, Lakeview Tampa Property LLC.
