CBRE Tapped to Lease 1,300-Acre Logistics Park in Mobile

CBRE has been assigned leasing at the South Alabama Logistics Park in Mobile, AL. The 1,300-acre park is one of the largest master-planned industrial parks in the Southeast.

The first phase of the project will include six million square feet of Class A warehouse, distribution and manufacturing space. The first 200,000-square-foot spec building at South Alabama Logistics Park broke ground in August 2021, with an expected delivery of June 2022. Spec buildings feature 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, front load, rear load or cross-dock options. Warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing spaces are available as small as 80,000 square feet.

Philip Yost of CBRE will lease the property on behalf of the landlord. The developer is Burton Property Group.
