CBRE Tabs Patrick Conway as Senior VP in North LA

CBRE has expanded its capital market business with the hiring of Patrick Conway as Senior Vice President, based in the Glendale, CA office. In his new role, Conway will support the firm’s business across the greater North LA region, bringing specialized experience in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased investments and retail centers throughout the U.S.

“Having closed more than 300 commercial transactions totaling over $1 billion, Patrick brings invaluable capital markets experience within and beyond the Los Angeles area,” said Lew Horne, CBRE’s President for LA, OC and the IE regions. “His exceptional expertise and negotiation skills have proven invaluable, and we look forward to his success at CBRE.”

Conway was previously the Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Management and Planning, and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
