
CBRE Tabs Edwards to Bolster the Firm’s MHC Platform
CBRE has hired manufacturing housing financing veteran Erik Edwards as Senior VP with the company’s Debt and Structured Finance Group in San Diego. Edwards will partner with Norm Sangalang to help building CBRE’s Manufactured Housing Communities (MHC) platform and provide financing for MHC investors and landlords.
Edwards has 21 years of experience in commercial real estate financing, most recently as a Director with Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital Finance Group where he led and participated in originating and closing more than $5 billion in loans on MHC throughout the U.S.

Edward received his bachelor’s degree in business economics from UCSB and an MBA from UC Irvine.
